Hi everyone! I’ve been a little MIA for the past few days, I had a super busy weekend back home for Hoopfest (the biggest three on three basketball tournament in the world), so I’ve been slacking on the blog posts! As of today, I’m back home and ready to get right back into it! I’ve got some exciting ideas for new posts, and obviously the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is going to keep me super busy for a while! Anyways…today we’re talking about wrap dresses!
Wrap dresses have been extremely popular this year, but I haven’t had the best luck with them. Around Easter, I went into Nordstrom to find a new Easter dress. Most of their selection at the time consisted of wrap dresses, so I tried on about 15. They were all SO cute, but none of them fit me in the chest. I tried sizing up, but they were still too small in the chest, and now too big everywhere else. Struggles. Needless to say I abandoned all hope that I would find a wrap dress that would actually fit me properly that day.
When I saw this little wrap dress online, I loved the floral print, and the mustard yellow shade. Those have been two of my favorite trends this summer, so the combination of the two was just perfect for me! I was skeptical of how it would fit, but I had to give it a try! I purchased a medium, and when it arrived, it fit surprisingly well! Obviously it shows off a little cleavage, but that’s pretty much unavoidable in a dress like this. It comes in seven colors/prints, including two that are on sale for just under $30! I’ve linked them all below.
