It’s that time again! There are just a few days left in February, so I thought I would share some of the things I have been loving this month! Without further ado, let’s get into my monthly favorites!
Ideal of Sweden Springtime Whimsy Phone Case
Ideal of Sweden generously sent me this phone case earlier in the month, and I have been using it ever since! I have a couple of their cases now, and I’m always so impressed by their quality, as well as their cute designs! Their cases are very sturdy, this coming from someone who drops their phone at least 3 times a day. The Springtime Whimsy case is so gorgeous, I absolutely love the pink floral/butterfly pattern! Plus, it has my favorite flower, daisies, all over it! I will definitely get a lot of use out of it this spring.
GLAMGLOW SUPERCLEANSE Clearing Cream to Foam Cleanser
I’ve been using this cleanser every night for the past month or so, and I couldn’t be happier with how my skin has been looking, and feeling. It’s made up of three types of charcoal that really clean out your pores! I have combination skin, so sometimes it’s oily, sometimes it’s dry, and sometimes it’s oily and dry at the same time. This cleanser seems to be keeping the oil in control, without aggravating the dryness. I highly recommend this stuff!
Clinique Chubby Stick Intense Moisturizing Lip Color Balm – Curviest Caramel
I’ve had this product for quite a few months, but I’ve really been relying on it during these cold, winter months. It’s super hydrating, and has been saving my lips from being dry and cracked. The color is a really pretty pinky/caramel that can be worn daily. It reminds me of those tinted chapsticks I wore as a kid, except with much better color pigmentation. I keep it in my purse at all times!
Marc Fisher Annie Perforated Espadrille Platform Wedge
Last summer I bought my first Marc Fisher wedges, and I wore them almost every day. This year, I decided to get my second pair, and I’ve already worn them quite a few times (even though it is definitely NOT spring weather here yet, I couldn’t help myself). I love how secure my feet feel in them. They’re super sturdy and extremely comfortable. I can walk around in them for hours, and they don’t hurt my feet one bit! They may be a bit of a splurge, but it’s definitely worth it!
I found this cute little bag on one of my many trips to Target, and it’s easily become my favorite accessory! The pink and green print is so gorgeous, and perfect for Spring! It’s on the small side, but it has a couple card slots, and there’s room for keys and lipstick! When I’m just running around, and don’t need my big purse, I always reach for this one! Plus it’s only $20! You can’t beat that price!
LANCÔME Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation
I used to wear this foundation a while ago, and I’m not sure why I ever stopped. This month I found a small sample of it in my sample drawer, and decided to try it out again. After using it for two days, I ordered the full size bottle. This is the best foundation!! I know I say that everything is the best, but this stuff is really the best. It’s long lasting, it feels amazing on my face, it’s not cakey, the coverage is perfect, you can’t even see it on my face, the list goes on and on and on. Seriously, if you don’t take my word, just read some of the reviews on Sephora!
Lush Knot Front Skirt
I love a palm/floral print, so I couldn’t resist when I saw this top. The bow detail in the front is also a super cute detail! It fits true to size, and is slightly cropped (Not a full on crop top, but doesn’t cover your full torso). It looks great with high waisted shorts, a skirt, higher waisted jeans, or even boyfriend jeans! Just a few days ago I decided to order it in the yellow floral print as well! While I haven’t really been able to wear it this February (whyyyy don’t I live where it’s warm all year round, ugh), I wanted to share it with you before it’s completely sold out! If you look for this top online, they may be running low on certain sizes. If your size is sold out, write down the item number and call your local Nordstrom! They can check and see if they can order you one from another store!
Honorable Mention: Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher (with light ice)
So it may be like 40 degrees here most days, but I still love my refreshers! I’m not a big coffee or tea drinker, so when I need some caffeine, I always go for one of these! The strawberry acai is my favorite flavor, but honestly I would be happy with any of them.
