The Nordstrom Half Yearly sale just officially ended, but if you weren’t able to shop, don’t worry! There are still so many cute items on sale, including this little two piece set! I picked this up during the sale, and luckily it is still in stock! The top is in stock in all sizes, but the shorts are selling out quickly. It also happens to be 40% off, and a great deal (just over $50 for both pieces).
This outfit combines three of my favorite summer trends: florals, two piece sets, and yellow! I’ve been expanding the yellow items in my closet lately, so naturally this one had to come home with me. It’s so cute! It fits pretty true to size. I am usually in between a small and a medium, so I went with a medium in both pieces. They are each just a little big, but they look fine on, and don’t move around too much. The shorts have a very stretchy waistband, and there is even a little extra room in the top. So if you’re between sizes, I would recommend sizing down. If you’re not between sizes, your normal size should be fine!
I paired it with my Marc Fishes espadrilles, and a Sole Society woven crossbody bag. The bag is sold out, but I’ve linked some similar styles! The espadrilles are actually on sale in a pretty cognac color right now, down 33% to $99.9! For reference, I’m wearing the blush color. I’ve raved about them so many times, but I might as well do it again. They’re the most comfortable wedge I’ve ever worn! They look good with pretty much everything: shorts, dresses, skirts, jeans etc. Definitely a must have shoe for the spring/summer!
