Your packaging is a great representation of your small business, so you want it to make a great impression on your customers. Luckily, there are so many ways you can customize your packaging, and make it your own. Polymailers are a great way to set yourself apart from other brands. They’re the first thing your customer sees when they receive their order, plus they will be seen by many other people as they make the journey from your shop, to your customer.
No matter what your brand or your style, you can find a polymailer to match. You can even customize one, and add your own logo!
Sizing
One piece of advice before you start scrolling through the polymailers, get the right sizes! Measure your items, or take your best guess (leave extra room if you’re not sure, it’s better for them to be a bit big than a bit small) at sizing.
Because I ship out clothing, I buy a couple of sizes. These work well for different items and different sized orders. For smaller orders I use 11×15, or 10×13. I prefer 11×15 for the extra space, but 10×13 works just fine for small orders. For medium sized orders I use 14.5×19. These work perfectly for items like sweaters, that wont fit in the smaller mailers. I also use them for orders of 4-6 smaller pieces. Lastly, I use 24×24 mailers for my largest orders. They’re big enough so I know everything will fit. I use these the most in the Fall and Winter, when everyone is buying big, chunky sweaters!
