Well, it’s officially Spring! The sun is out, the temperature is warming up ever so slightly, and it’s time to break out the spring wardrobe! My favorite thing to wear in the Spring is a jumpsuit. I know, I just went on and on about how much I love rompers in one of my most recent posts, and now I’m talking about jumpsuits. So versatile. As I said in my previous post, my favorite thing about rompers and jumpsuits is how freaking comfortable they are. If you haven’t jumped onto the jumpsuit train yet, let me attempt to explain. Wearing a jumpsuit is basically like wearing your most comfortable dress, except you can sit however you want to because you’re wearing pants!! Seriously, would you rather wear jeans all day long, or a jumpsuit that feels more like pajamas?
So I went to Target the other day, because I wanted to step up my jumpsuit collection. I already have a few, but I was looking for something a little more relaxed, and casual than the ones I already own. It didn’t take me long to come across Target’s new Universal Threads line, where I found the jumpsuit of my dreams.
I realized I should probably write a blog post about this jumpsuit after I literally made a target account just so I could leave a review on how amazing it is. It comes in two colors, an olive green, and black with a simple white print. I tried on a small in the olive green first, and I loved the color, but it was a little big on me. I tried an XS in the black next, and fell in love. The subtle print is so cute, and the black makes it a timeless piece. I might just have to go back, and snag an olive green as well.
Because I am 5’8, I typically have problems when it comes to the length of a jumpsuit. This one is definitely the exception. The length is perfect on me! It is slightly shorter on me than it is on the model, but the cropped look is still very cute and trendy. It cinches right at my waist, and has a little tie detail in the front that is very flattering. The top buttons up, which makes it easy to get off, and on quickly.
